It has 4 studios of 26 sqm and 2 apartments of 55 sqm. The beach is 600 meters. The distance from the center of Parga is about 2.3 kilometers.

The apartments are on the first floor and are about 55 sqm each. Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen living room with sofa bed for 5th person and bathroom with bathtub.

Each studio can accommodate up to 3 persons and includes one bedroom with double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, complimentary wireless Internet.

All apartments have front/back balcony giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the moments overlooking the view and the greenery of nature in association with the scents of flowers.
